We acknowledge the pluralistic composition of the contemporary society in which the presence of religion cannot be ignored. This paper aims to propose a legal methodology for the study of religious freedom in the employment relationship. The issue will take into account dogmatic particularities of labour law that go beyond the mere consideration of religious freedom in the shadow of equality. The proposed model includes a contextualization of the problem, definition of the object of study, methodol-ogy, and axes related to problems to be solved.
